Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 ½ – 1 ¾ cups of sugar
- ¼ cup of flour
- ½ -¾ a teaspoon of nutmeg
- 4 cups of sliced rhubarb
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
- Prepare your pie crust (you’ll need two for this one!).
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs slightly; add milk.
- Stir in sugar, flour, and nutmeg; mix well.
- Stir in rhubarb.
- Pour the combination into a pastry lined pie plate, dot with butter. Cover the top of the pie with the second crust.
- Bake the beauty at 400ºF for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
